【摘要】：對2009-2015年進(jìn)行過兼并重組多元化發(fā)展的煤炭上市企業(yè)進(jìn)行篩選,運(yùn)用相關(guān)性分析和面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對上市煤炭企業(yè)研發(fā)投入、政府補(bǔ)貼和企業(yè)績效的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)期和滯后期的研發(fā)投入均對煤炭企業(yè)績效存在正向促進(jìn)作用;當(dāng)期的政府補(bǔ)貼對企業(yè)績效具有抑制作用,滯后期的政府補(bǔ)貼能夠發(fā)揮對煤炭企業(yè)績效的正向促進(jìn)作用;煤炭企業(yè)兼并重組行為能夠?yàn)槊禾科髽I(yè)績效的提升帶來持續(xù)的積極影響;滯后期的政府補(bǔ)貼和企業(yè)兼并重組行為能夠?yàn)槠髽I(yè)研發(fā)投入的提升帶來顯著的正向促進(jìn)作用。未來煤炭企業(yè)應(yīng)努力提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力,同時需合理規(guī)劃政府補(bǔ)貼,實(shí)現(xiàn)政府補(bǔ)貼希望改善企業(yè)績效的初衷。
[Abstract]:Through the screening of coal listed enterprises with diversified development of merger and reorganization in 2009-2015, the R & D investment of listed coal enterprises is analyzed by using correlation analysis and panel data model. The relationship between government subsidy and enterprise performance is studied. The results show that the R & D investment of current period and lag period has a positive effect on the performance of coal enterprises; The current government subsidy can inhibit the enterprise performance, and the lag government subsidy can play a positive role in promoting the performance of coal enterprises. The merger and reorganization of coal enterprises can bring continuous positive impact to the improvement of coal enterprises' performance. Late government subsidies and corporate merger and reorganization can bring significant positive effect to the promotion of R & D investment. In the future, coal enterprises should strive to improve their technological innovation ability. At the same time, government subsidies should be reasonably planned to realize the original intention of government subsidies to improve enterprise performance.
