【摘要】:正為改變信息缺失及信息孤島,打造有利于女性人力資源開發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)金礦,勝利油田女職委建設(shè)了包含五大指標(biāo)體系,集規(guī)劃、實(shí)施、反饋于一體的性別視角大數(shù)據(jù)平臺。基于油田改革發(fā)展的需要,勝利油田從完善油田女性人力資源開發(fā)體系建設(shè)入手,創(chuàng)建性別視角大數(shù)據(jù)平臺,加強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)性、針對性開發(fā),使油田女性人力資源得到極大地優(yōu)化與升級。一、完善女性人力資源開發(fā)工作體系,規(guī)劃女性人力資源開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略2011年起,油田在女職工隊伍
