【摘要】：我國企業(yè)在全球經(jīng)濟一體化及國際跨國公司的沖擊下面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn),傳統(tǒng)的財務理論已無法滿足日益發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟需求,企業(yè)面臨的不穩(wěn)定因素越來越多。通過近些年的研究證實,企業(yè)財務狀況的管理現(xiàn)狀能夠毫無保留的反應在企業(yè)現(xiàn)金流管理體系中,并且這種驗證方式是真實性最高、全面性最佳、客觀性最好的。企業(yè)現(xiàn)金流規(guī)模能夠反映出企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程與經(jīng)營過程中籌備貨幣的能力,但是企業(yè)現(xiàn)金流所面對的風險來源很多、風險性很大,雖然眾多企業(yè)已經(jīng)意識到現(xiàn)金流的重要意義,但是仍存在著抵抗風險能力弱等問題,本文通過對HD公司現(xiàn)金流財務風險進行研究,將新的發(fā)展機會展現(xiàn)在眾多大中小型企業(yè)面前。本文采取的是理論與實證相結合的研究方法,首先,在構建本文框架之前,筆者通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以及圖書館等渠道閱讀了大量相關方面文獻資料,對國內外財務風險及現(xiàn)金流的理論、方法等概念有所了解,并對國內外財務風險及現(xiàn)金流管理的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了整理。以HD公司的財務數(shù)據(jù)進行實證分析,采用定量測算與定性分析相結合的層次分析方法,對現(xiàn)金流層面下HD公司的財務風險及控制情況進行研究。本文基于現(xiàn)金流視角對HD公司的財務風險及對策進行研究,首先對研究背景、目的、方法及思路進行了闡述,并對國內外的文獻資料進行了整理;之后,本文簡要介紹了財務風險以及財務現(xiàn)金流管理等概念,并在此理論基礎上對HD公司現(xiàn)金流財務管理現(xiàn)狀進行探查,發(fā)現(xiàn)該公司在經(jīng)營活動方面、籌資活動方面以及投資活動方面均存在著一定的財務風險,本文由此入手一一分析了該公司現(xiàn)金流財務風險問題及成因,并提出了相應的解決策略。通過對HD公司現(xiàn)金流視角下的財務風險管理進行研究,有助于為公司現(xiàn)金流視角下的財務風險管理提供一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Under the impact of global economic integration and international transnational corporations, Chinese enterprises are facing enormous challenges, and the traditional financial theory can no longer meet the growing economic needs. Enterprises are facing more and more unstable factors. Through recent studies, it has been proved that the management status of the financial situation of enterprises can be unreservedly reflected in the cash flow management system. And this verification method is the highest authenticity, the best comprehensiveness, the best objectivity. The scale of cash flow can reflect the ability of the enterprise to prepare currency in the process of production and operation. However, the cash flow of enterprises faces a lot of risk sources, risk is very large, although many enterprises have realized the importance of cash flow, but there are still some problems such as weak ability to resist risk. Through the study of cash flow financial risk of HD company, this paper presents new development opportunities in front of many small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper adopts a combination of theory and empirical research methods, first of all. Before constructing the framework of this paper, the author has read a lot of related literature through Internet and library, and has some understanding of the theory and method of financial risk and cash flow at home and abroad. And the domestic and foreign financial risk and cash flow management research status is sorted out. Based on the financial data of HD company empirical analysis, using quantitative measurement and qualitative analysis combined with the AHP method. Based on the perspective of cash flow, this paper studies the financial risks and countermeasures of HD companies. First, the research background and purpose. Methods and ideas were expounded, and the literature and materials at home and abroad were sorted out. After that, this paper briefly introduces the concepts of financial risk and financial cash flow management, and on the basis of this theory, explores the current situation of cash flow financial management of HD company, and finds out that the company is in the aspect of operating activities. There are some financial risks in financing activities and investment activities. This paper analyzes the financial risk of cash flow of the company one by one. Through the research on the financial risk management in the perspective of cash flow of HD company, it is helpful to provide some reference for the financial risk management in the perspective of cash flow.
