【摘要】：知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代，無論國家還是企業(yè)之間的競爭，歸根結(jié)底集中體現(xiàn)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的競爭上。為此，，首先要對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力有科學(xué)的、正確的認(rèn)識，并在科學(xué)認(rèn)知的基礎(chǔ)上提出有效的對策�；谝陨嫌^點(diǎn)，本文在對TG公司的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行綜合分析評價(jià)后，有針對性地提出了提高TG公司技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的措施。 本文首先討論了國內(nèi)外關(guān)于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的一些基本理論及其評價(jià)方法，并就TG公司所處的內(nèi)外部創(chuàng)新環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析研究；其次，依據(jù)一定原則確定了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，并對指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了解釋；然后，在對層次分析法進(jìn)行了基本分析的基礎(chǔ)上，并應(yīng)用該方法確定了評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重，再應(yīng)用模糊綜合評價(jià)方法對TG的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力做出綜合評價(jià)。 最后根據(jù)研究分析結(jié)果，提出了應(yīng)在人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、工藝技術(shù)研究、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)工作和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理等方面加強(qiáng)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè)的建議，為TG公司進(jìn)一步提升企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力做出了有益的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the competition between countries and enterprises is, in the final analysis, reflected in the competition of technological innovation ability. Therefore, first of all, we should have a scientific and correct understanding of the ability of technological innovation, and put forward effective countermeasures on the basis of scientific cognition. Based on the above point of view, after a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the technological innovation ability of TG Company, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the technological innovation ability of TG Company. In this paper, some basic theories and evaluation methods of technological innovation and technological innovation ability at home and abroad are discussed, and the internal and external innovation environment of TG company is analyzed and studied. Secondly, according to certain principles, the evaluation index system of enterprise technological innovation ability is determined, and the index is explained. Then, on the basis of the basic analysis of AHP, the weight of each index in the evaluation index system is determined by using this method, and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the technological innovation ability of TG. Finally, according to the results of research and analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions that the construction of technological innovation ability should be strengthened in the aspects of talent team construction, process and technology research, intellectual property work and technological innovation management. It has made useful guidance for TG Company to further improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises.
