我國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育研究

【摘要】:中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育對于整個(gè)社會(huì)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)工作有著舉足輕重的作用。我國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育起步較晚,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)教育體系尚在建構(gòu)中,在大部分地區(qū)處于啟蒙階段。中小學(xué)生接受能力強(qiáng)處于人生觀價(jià)值觀世界觀的塑造期,對其進(jìn)行知識產(chǎn)權(quán)教育的重要性便凸顯出來。因此,,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的學(xué)校教育具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文采用比較分析、多學(xué)科交叉分析、理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、調(diào)查分析等多種研究方法,分析目前我國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育取得的成績和存在的問題,立足于我國國情,借鑒國外發(fā)達(dá)國家的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出完善我國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)教育的具體措施。 本文由五個(gè)部分組成。第一部分為中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育一般概述,包括知識產(chǎn)權(quán)教育和知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育的涵義及開展中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育的重要意義;第二部分闡述了在學(xué)校普及知識產(chǎn)權(quán)教育的目標(biāo)和原則;第三部分介紹了以美國日本韓國為代表的國外中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育經(jīng)驗(yàn);第四部分為我國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育的現(xiàn)狀分析,包括已取得的成績和面臨的問題。第五部分主要探討了我國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育改革的具體對策,包括完善我國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)教育的目標(biāo)定位、借鑒美國日本及韓國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)普及教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)從而完善我國中小學(xué)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)教育體系。
[Abstract]:Primary and secondary intellectual property education plays an important role in the protection of intellectual property rights of the whole society. The general education of intellectual property in primary and secondary schools in China started late, the system of intellectual property education is still under construction, and in most areas, it is in the stage of enlightenment. The high acceptance ability of primary and middle school students is in the shaping period of outlook on life and values, so the importance of intellectual property education is highlighted. Therefore, the school education of intellectual property has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, comparative analysis, multi-disciplinary cross-analysis, combination of theory and practice, investigation and analysis are used to analyze the achievements and problems existing in the popularization of intellectual property rights in primary and secondary schools in China, which is based on the national conditions of our country. Based on the experience of foreign developed countries, this paper puts forward some concrete measures to improve the education of intellectual property in primary and secondary schools in China. This paper consists of five parts. The first part is a general overview of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools, including the meaning of intellectual property education and the importance of carrying out intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools. The second part describes the goals and principles of popularizing intellectual property education in schools, the third part introduces the experience of foreign primary and secondary schools' intellectual property education, which is represented by the United States, Japan and South Korea. The fourth part analyzes the current situation of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools in China, including the achievements and problems. The fifth part mainly discusses the specific countermeasures of the reform of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools in China, including the goal orientation of improving the intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools in China. To perfect the system of intellectual property education in primary and secondary schools in our country, we can learn from the successful experience of the popularization of intellectual property in primary and secondary schools in Japan and Korea.
