【摘要】：當(dāng)前,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)已經(jīng)成為制約國(guó)內(nèi)大學(xué)上水平發(fā)展、服務(wù)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重要因素,相對(duì)國(guó)外一流大學(xué),國(guó)內(nèi)高校知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)人才薄弱、能力不足、專業(yè)化程度不夠。針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)高校知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)人才分類管理的特點(diǎn),以及高校知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)人才分類管理和培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,提出完善知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)人才管理機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)國(guó)際化知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)人才培養(yǎng)、強(qiáng)化知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)等建議。
[Abstract]:At present, intellectual property has become an important factor that restricts the development of domestic universities and serves the economic construction of the country. Compared with the first-class universities abroad, intellectual property talents in domestic colleges and universities are weak, the ability is insufficient, and the degree of specialization is not enough. In view of the characteristics of the classified management of intellectual property talents in colleges and universities in China, and the problems existing in the classified management and cultivation of intellectual property talents in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the management mechanism of intellectual property talents and strengthen the training of international intellectual property talents. Strengthen intellectual property professional training and other suggestions.
