益生菌Lactobacillus plantarum P-8對(duì)肉仔雞屠宰性能、肉品質(zhì)及營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)代謝的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)以科寶-500肉仔雞為試驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,以國內(nèi)系統(tǒng)研究的具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的益生菌L. plantarum P-8為試驗(yàn)菌株,通過投喂科寶-500肉仔雞與飼喂添加抗生素日糧相對(duì)比,從屠宰性能、肉品質(zhì)及營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)代謝等方面剖析益生菌L. plantarum P-8替代抗生素的可行性,得到如下結(jié)果: 1、運(yùn)用變性梯度凝膠電泳技術(shù)比較研究了不同日齡三個(gè)不同組別肉仔雞腸道菌群差異。結(jié)果顯示:益生菌組肉仔雞條帶豐度明顯優(yōu)于抗生素組、對(duì)照組,且聚類結(jié)果顯示已按實(shí)際分組情況將三組肉仔雞進(jìn)行了較為明顯的分類。 2、益生菌組較抗生素組、對(duì)照組能顯著提高肉仔雞全凈膛率、胸肌率(P0.05);益生菌組、抗生素組較對(duì)照組均能顯著提高肉仔雞的屠宰率,且益生菌組的屠宰率比抗生素組提高0.37%(P0.05)。 3、益生菌組較抗生素組和對(duì)照組可顯著降低肉仔雞胸肌失水率、剪切力和烹飪損失率及腿肌失水率(P0.05)。 4、益生菌組能顯著提高肉仔雞粗脂肪、總鈣代謝率(P0.05);益生菌組、抗生素組均可顯著提高總能、粗蛋白、總磷代謝率,且益生菌組比抗生素組提高分別高出0.15%、1.10%、0.23%(P0.05)。 綜上所述,日糧中添加益生菌L. plantarum P-8較抗生素組可改善肉仔雞屠宰性能、肉品質(zhì)及提高肉仔雞對(duì)各類營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)代謝率,因此通過各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)可知益生菌L.plantarum P-8有替代飼用抗生素添加于飼料中的潛力。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, Kebao -500 broilers were used as experimental animals, and L.#en0# P-8, a probiotic strain with independent intellectual property rights, which was systematically studied in China, was used as experimental strain. The slaughter performance was compared by feeding Kebao -500 broilers and feeding diets supplemented with antibiotics. The feasibility of substitute antibiotics for probiotics L. plantarum P-8 was analyzed in meat quality and nutrient metabolism. The results were as follows:. 1. Using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis, the intestinal microflora of three broilers of different ages were compared and studied. The results showed that the band abundance of probiotics group was significantly better than that of antibiotic group and control group. The clustering results showed that three groups of broilers had been classified according to the actual situation. 2, probiotics group was significantly higher than antibiotic group, the control group could significantly increase the broilers' total muzzle rate and breast muscle rate (P0.05), probiotics group and antibiotic group could significantly increase the slaughter rate of broilers, and the slaughtering rate of probiotics group was 0.37% higher than that of antibiotic group (P 0.05). 3. Compared with antibiotic group and control group, probiotics group could significantly reduce the water loss rate of breast muscle, shear force, cooking loss rate and water loss rate of leg muscle in broilers. 4. Probiotic group could significantly increase the crude fat and total calcium metabolism rate (P0.05), and the probiotics group and antibiotic group could significantly increase the total energy, crude protein and total phosphorus metabolism rate, and the probiotics group could significantly increase the total energy, crude protein and total phosphorus metabolism rate, and the probiotics group was higher than the antibiotic group by 0.15% 1.10% 0.23% P0.05, respectively. In conclusion, the addition of probiotics L.#en0# P-8 in diet could improve slaughter performance, meat quality and metabolic rate of all kinds of nutrients in broilers compared with antibiotic group. Therefore, the probiotics L.plantarum P-8 has the potential to be added to feed instead of feeding antibiotics.
