【摘要】：近20年來，作為發(fā)電機組控制系統(tǒng)的DCS系統(tǒng)設備，一直是國外DCS系統(tǒng)的天下。上世紀九十年代后期，國產DCS系統(tǒng)雖然進入了300MW機組控制工程。然而，直到本世紀初，國產化DCS系統(tǒng)尚未進入600MW機組控制工程。為打破大型火力發(fā)電機組DCS系統(tǒng)長期被國外壟斷的格局，我國必須研發(fā)自主知識產權的DCS控制系統(tǒng)來滿足工程需要。 本文以600MW機組首次應用國產MACS集散控制系統(tǒng)為背景，將介紹該系統(tǒng)軟硬件及系統(tǒng)結構組成，并設計600MW機組的控制系統(tǒng)總體方案。本文選取單元機組鍋爐汽包給水調節(jié)系統(tǒng)為研究對象，設計了給水調節(jié)系統(tǒng)各信號的測量校正原則和控制策略，并通過MACS系統(tǒng)軟硬件組態(tài)實現(xiàn)。最后，選擇機組在升降負荷、負荷穩(wěn)定等不同工況下，給水控制系統(tǒng)對汽包水位的實際控制效果，，證明了各項性能指標控制在設計要求范圍內，使機組安全穩(wěn)定運行，滿足了工程實際需要。
[Abstract]:In the last 20 years, the DCS system equipment, as the control system of generator set, has been the world of foreign DCS system. In -10s, although the domestic DCS system entered the 300MW unit control project, however, until the beginning of this century, the domestic DCS system entered the 300MW unit control project. The home-made DCS system has not yet entered the 600MW unit control project. In order to break the situation that the DCS system of large thermal power generating set has been monopolized by foreign countries for a long time, our country must develop the DCS control system with independent intellectual property rights to meet the engineering needs. In this paper, based on the first application of domestic MACS distributed control system for 600MW unit, the software and hardware of the system and the structure of the system are introduced. The general scheme of the control system of 600MW unit is designed. In this paper, the principle and control strategy of the signal measurement and correction for the boiler drum feedwater regulation system of the unit unit are designed. Finally, the actual control effect of feed water control system on drum water level under different working conditions such as lifting load and load stabilization is selected, which proves that the control of various performance indexes is within the range of design requirements. Make the unit run safely and stably, and meet the actual needs of the project.
