【摘要】：環(huán)境保護關涉人類基本生存條件,知識產權制度理應在環(huán)境保護之綠色創(chuàng)新思路中有所作為。環(huán)境保護政策與知識產權政策兩大體系的協(xié)同運行既必要亦可行,政策協(xié)同機制的構建有助于解決二者的現(xiàn)實沖突,促進兩大政策體系的有序整合,達成協(xié)同效應,并最終實現(xiàn)政策協(xié)同到協(xié)同政策的質變。
[Abstract]:Environmental protection concerns the basic living conditions of human beings, and the intellectual property system should play an important role in the green innovation of environmental protection. The cooperative operation of the two systems of environmental protection policy and intellectual property policy is both necessary and feasible. The construction of the policy coordination mechanism is helpful to solve the realistic conflict between the two systems, promote the orderly integration of the two policy systems, reach the synergy effect, and finally realize the qualitative change from the policy coordination to the coordinated policy.
