【摘要】：公民的受教育權(quán)的平等性問題,自第二次世界大戰(zhàn)后就被世界上大多數(shù)國家作為一項(xiàng)基本的權(quán)利規(guī)定于憲法之中。繼續(xù)教育,作為終身教育的主要組成部分,同樣被西方發(fā)達(dá)國家所重視與發(fā)展,而且對(duì)其教育權(quán)的平等性也給予了切實(shí)的保障。而我國的繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展歷史只有短短的30余年,在快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也凸顯了一些問題。本文在參考了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)繼續(xù)教育階段受教育權(quán)發(fā)展保障理論研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過對(duì)此階段公民受教育權(quán)不平等現(xiàn)象的分析,以此提出切實(shí)可行的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The equality of citizens' right to education has been enshrined in the constitution of most countries since the second World War. As the main component of lifelong education, continuing education is also valued and developed by western developed countries, and the equality of its right to education is guaranteed. The history of our country's continuing education is only more than 30 years, and at the same time, it also highlights some problems. Based on the theoretical research on the development and guarantee of the right to receive education in the stage of continuing education, this paper analyzes the inequality of the right to receive education in this stage, and puts forward practical and feasible measures to ensure the development of the right to education.
