【摘要】：正2017年1月11日,國務院常務會議討論通過《殘疾預防和殘疾人康復條例》(以下簡稱《條例》),標志著我國殘疾預防和殘疾人康復事業(yè)邁入依法推進的新的歷史時期。學習貫徹好《條例》對于加快改善殘疾人康復狀況,推進我國殘疾預防和殘疾人康復事業(yè)健康發(fā)展具有重大意義。1《條例》的制定過程2006年,《中國殘疾人事業(yè)"十一五"發(fā)展綱要》首次提出"制定殘疾人康復條例"。2008年,中國殘聯(lián)啟動《條
[Abstract]:On January 11, 2017, the standing meeting of the State Council discussed and adopted the regulations on Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the regulations), marking a new historical period in which the cause of disability prevention and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities has entered a new historical period promoted according to law.
