【摘要】：正1953年廣西《宜山農(nóng)民報(bào)》為其記者采寫的批評(píng)一縣委書記嚴(yán)重侵犯人權(quán)和違反婚姻法錯(cuò)誤的長(zhǎng)篇報(bào)道配發(fā)社論,由于社論中含有批評(píng)"同級(jí)黨委"——中共宜山地委"包庇縱容犯有嚴(yán)重錯(cuò)誤的干部、存在官僚主義作風(fēng)"的詞句,結(jié)果引發(fā)"宜山農(nóng)民報(bào)事件"�！兑松睫r(nóng)民報(bào)》批評(píng)中共宜山地委的舉動(dòng)在當(dāng)?shù)匾l(fā)爭(zhēng)議,主要涉及"黨報(bào)能否批評(píng)同級(jí)黨委"這一重大的政策和原則問題。中共廣西省委宣傳部接到報(bào)告后亦難以決斷,遂請(qǐng)示中共中央中南局
[Abstract]:In 1953, the Guangxi "Yishan Peasant newspaper" published an editorial in a lengthy report for its reporters criticizing a county party secretary for serious human rights violations and misdeeds in the marriage law. Because the editorial contains words criticizing the "Party committee at the same level," that is, the Yishan prefectural committee of the Communist Party of China "harboring cadres who have committed serious mistakes, and that there is a bureaucratic style of work," As a result, the "Yishan Farmers' newspaper incident". The "Yishan Peasant newspaper" 's criticism of the Yishan Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) caused local controversy, mainly involving the major policy and principle question of "whether the Party newspaper can criticize the Party committee at the same level." After receiving the report, the propaganda Department of the Guangxi Provincial CPC Committee was unable to make a decision, and asked the Central South Bureau of the CPC Central Committee for advice.
