高校女性體育教師職業(yè)高原研究

【摘要】: 隨著世界婦女發(fā)展的呼聲,第四次世界婦女大會的召開進(jìn)一步推動了世界婦女事業(yè)的發(fā)展。在我國,隨著人權(quán)意識提升和高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),女性體育教師在高校體育領(lǐng)域占據(jù)越來越重要的地位。以《憲法》為基礎(chǔ),《民法》、《婚姻法》等法律以及有關(guān)政策法規(guī)的頒布,使得高校女性體育教師的權(quán)益保障逐漸受到重視,但是執(zhí)行情況不容樂觀,發(fā)展的不連續(xù)性使高校女性體育教師職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展很難有完整而科學(xué)的體系。我國高校女性體育教師職業(yè)高原研究由于起步較晚,在政策法規(guī)的完善與執(zhí)行力度以及職業(yè)管理等方面,與其他學(xué)科還有較大差距。和諧社會要求教育和諧發(fā)展,而教育的和諧發(fā)展很大因素取決于師資隊伍建設(shè)。新世紀(jì)對于高校體育既是機(jī)遇又是嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),迫切要求高校女性體育教師及時走出職業(yè)高原,實現(xiàn)職業(yè)生涯的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本研究以普通高校女性體育教師為研究對象,綜合運用文獻(xiàn)資料調(diào)研、調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等,將切入點鎖定高校女性體育教師職業(yè)高原現(xiàn)象研究,提出女性體育教師職業(yè)生涯應(yīng)是可持續(xù)發(fā)展的。在分析相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,調(diào)查高校女性體育教師目前的職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。以福建省高校女性體育教師為調(diào)查主體,對其職業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,深入剖析存在問題,并借鑒職業(yè)高原三維度理論來闡明女性體育教師職業(yè)高原;運用多種統(tǒng)計方法,如不同人口學(xué)差異、工作滿意度相關(guān)研究,分析福建省高校女性體育教師職業(yè)高原的現(xiàn)狀及規(guī)律。結(jié)果顯示:福建省高校女性體育教師普遍存在不同程度的職業(yè)高原現(xiàn)象,層級高原現(xiàn)象最嚴(yán)重,中心化高原較為嚴(yán)重,內(nèi)容高原尚不嚴(yán)重。在人口學(xué)差異下,高校女性體育教師職業(yè)高原有差異。高校分布、學(xué)歷差異對女性體育教師職業(yè)高原的影響不大;職稱、年齡、教齡差異對女性體育教師職業(yè)高原有較大的影響。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為主線,女性社會學(xué)、關(guān)懷倫理學(xué)、職業(yè)管理學(xué)等學(xué)科理論為依據(jù),從社會、學(xué)校、家庭、個人四個層面進(jìn)行策略研究。突破高校女性體育教師職業(yè)高原,應(yīng)努力實現(xiàn)社會公正;重視政策扶持;健全相關(guān)法規(guī);高校應(yīng)努力營造適合女性體育教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的環(huán)境;女性教師自身應(yīng)增強(qiáng)發(fā)展意識,以適應(yīng)和諧社會對學(xué)校體育的新要求。
[Abstract]:With the voice of the world's women's development, the convening of the fourth World Conference on Women has further promoted the development of the world's women's cause. In our country, with the promotion of the awareness of human rights and the advancement of the process of popularization of higher education, Female PE teachers play an increasingly important role in the field of physical education in colleges and universities. With the promulgation of laws such as the Constitution, the Civil Law, the Marriage Law, and other relevant policies and regulations, the protection of the rights and interests of female PE teachers in colleges and universities has been paid more and more attention. However, the implementation situation is not optimistic, and the discontinuity of development makes it difficult to have a complete and scientific system for the career development of female PE teachers in colleges and universities. There is still a big gap with other disciplines in the improvement and enforcement of policies and regulations, as well as professional management. A harmonious society requires the harmonious development of education. The harmonious development of education depends on the construction of teaching staff. The new century is not only an opportunity but also a severe challenge for college physical education. It is urgent for female PE teachers to walk out of the career plateau in time to realize the sustainable development of their career. This research takes female physical education teachers in colleges and universities as the research object, synthetically uses the literature investigation, the investigation method, the logic analysis method, the mathematical statistics method and so on, locks the breakthrough point to the university female physical education teacher profession plateau phenomenon research, This paper puts forward that the career of female PE teachers should be sustainable development. Based on the analysis of relevant literature, the author investigates the present situation of female PE teachers in colleges and universities, taking female PE teachers in colleges and universities in Fujian Province as the main body of investigation. The present situation of their professional development is investigated, the existing problems are deeply analyzed, and the three dimensional degree theory of professional plateau is used to clarify the professional plateau of female PE teachers, and various statistical methods are used, such as different demographics, job satisfaction and related research. This paper analyzes the present situation and law of professional plateau of female PE teachers in colleges and universities in Fujian Province. The results show that the phenomenon of occupational plateau exists in different degrees among female PE teachers in colleges and universities in Fujian Province, the phenomenon of hierarchical plateau is the most serious, and the centralization of plateau is more serious. The content plateau is not serious. Under the demographics difference, there are differences in the professional plateau of female PE teachers in colleges and universities. The distribution of colleges and universities and the difference of educational background have little influence on the professional plateau of female PE teachers. The difference of teaching age has great influence on female PE teachers' professional plateau. On this basis, with sustainable development as the main line, women's sociology, caring ethics, vocational management and other disciplines as the basis, from the society, schools, families, To break through the professional plateau of female PE teachers in colleges and universities, we should strive to achieve social justice, attach importance to policy support, improve relevant laws and regulations, and strive to create an environment suitable for the professional development of female PE teachers. Female teachers themselves should strengthen their awareness of development in order to adapt to the new requirements of school sports in a harmonious society.
