從目的論視角看國際商務合同的翻譯

隨著世界經(jīng)濟由蕭條走向復蘇,世界各國貿易合作往來日益頻繁,中國也進一步加大了與國外合作的力度,這也使國際商務合同翻譯變得尤為迫切。近年來,國內研究人員開始從多角度探討國際商務合同的漢英翻譯,包括從語言與文化、文體學和功能對等等方面進行研究,也取得了一定的成果。但據(jù)作者從CNKI搜集的225篇學術論文,58篇碩士論文,23本專業(yè)書以及10本雜志搜集的三百多篇文章統(tǒng)計,大部分國際商務合同的研究是從英譯漢的角度進行分析,漢譯英研究相對薄弱,國際商務合同翻譯無論是從質還是從量上都比較薄弱,理論系統(tǒng)性仍然不夠,尚待質的突破。 因此,本文試圖在總結前人研究的基礎上對所搜集的資料進行歸類分析,并運用比較分析法和實例分析法,擬從德國功能目的論的角度對國際商務合同(主要是銷售合同)的翻譯(主要是漢英翻譯)進行系統(tǒng)研究。目的論認為目的原則是最高原則,因此在國際商務合同翻譯過程中,和傳統(tǒng)的自下而上的翻譯方法不同,目的論主張自上而下的方法,即譯者可根據(jù)客戶提出的翻譯要求選擇最適合的翻譯策略。由此,譯者不再拘泥于字面意思上對等的微觀層面,而將重點放在翻譯要求的宏觀層面進行分析。 本文結構包括引言和結論共由五章組...
