近些年來(lái)供應(yīng)鏈管理的實(shí)施應(yīng)用表明,成功的公司都能夠在經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中有效地管理供應(yīng)鏈。因此,供應(yīng)鏈管理實(shí)踐不僅適用大型公司也適合中小型公司,比如食品加工企業(yè)。坦桑尼亞的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀是一個(gè)高度不確定的商業(yè)環(huán)境,中小型企業(yè)食品加工部門(mén)不得不面對(duì)生存問(wèn)題。盡管已經(jīng)有大量關(guān)于食品供應(yīng)鏈的研究,但這些研究的焦點(diǎn)多集中在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈方面,對(duì)于坦桑尼亞這種經(jīng)濟(jì)并非發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家的中小型食品加工企業(yè)如何運(yùn)作供應(yīng)鏈管理的研究還相當(dāng)缺乏。然而,這些企業(yè)在坦桑尼亞不僅在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價(jià)值增值方面發(fā)揮舉足輕重的作用,而且其對(duì)于國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)也有重要的貢獻(xiàn)。 本文在對(duì)坦桑尼亞中小型食品加工供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況及其所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一個(gè)新的供應(yīng)鏈管理模型,該模型將供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找婀蚕砥跫s、回扣契約、提前訂貨折扣契約聯(lián)合,以此協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈,使得供應(yīng)鏈成員基于該聯(lián)合契約實(shí)施供銷(xiāo)雙贏的策略。該模型進(jìn)一步將供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存(VMI)策略結(jié)合進(jìn)來(lái),從而對(duì)坦桑尼亞中小型食品加工供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化運(yùn)作進(jìn)行研究。 首先,在實(shí)證研究中,將950份調(diào)查問(wèn)卷分發(fā)到坦桑尼亞地區(qū)的顧客手里,回收回來(lái)的有效問(wèn)卷共有833份,其中41.01%來(lái)自主要中心城市,...
