　　中國自改革開放和入世以來,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,國際貿(mào)易日漸頻繁,中國在全球的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中正發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。國際商務(wù)合同是對(duì)來自不同國家的合作方具有同等約束力的一種法律文件,既是中外當(dāng)事人用來開展業(yè)務(wù)也是他們用以維護(hù)各自權(quán)益的一種法律文件與依據(jù)。毫無疑問,國際商務(wù)合同在當(dāng)今的國際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易中扮演著極其重要的角色。因此,對(duì)商務(wù)合同的翻譯要求也日益提高。繼而引發(fā)國內(nèi)外譯者、學(xué)者對(duì)國際商務(wù)合同翻譯展開各種研究并已取得了一定成果。然而,國際商務(wù)合同翻譯仍然呼喚用更多的理論來指導(dǎo),使與之相關(guān)的翻譯工作達(dá)到更加令人滿意的地步。在這種情況下,本文作者試圖嘗試將目的論作為理論基礎(chǔ)找尋能夠指導(dǎo)國際商務(wù)合同漢譯的策略和具體的翻譯方法。目的論認(rèn)為翻譯行為的目的決定翻譯的方法。由此,翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將出現(xiàn)多元化,翻譯策略的選擇也極其靈活。在目的論中,“目的原則”是最重要的原則,它賦予了譯者更大的自由,根據(jù)翻譯綱要確定的翻譯目的來選擇一個(gè)恰當(dāng)?shù)姆g策略用以指導(dǎo)其翻譯實(shí)踐的順利進(jìn)行。此外,目的論倡導(dǎo)由上而下的反傳統(tǒng)思維的翻譯方法,在翻譯過程中,譯者將先從宏觀的翻譯目的和文本分析入手,再進(jìn)行到微觀層面的字詞、句法和篇章的具體翻...
