國際貿(mào)易合同作為一種特殊的法律樣式,正隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,發(fā)揮著越來越大的作用,此時(shí)研究國際貿(mào)易合同翻譯具有舉足輕重的意義。然而,涉及國際貿(mào)易合同翻譯的研究多注重結(jié)構(gòu)、語言及選詞等微觀層面的處理,強(qiáng)調(diào)微觀層面上的對(duì)等,而未從宏觀上對(duì)合同文本功能及翻譯目的的實(shí)現(xiàn)給予足夠的關(guān)注。本文以國際貿(mào)易的英漢翻譯為研究對(duì)象,以功能目的論為主要理論框架,結(jié)合國際貿(mào)易合同的語言特點(diǎn),擬探尋國際貿(mào)易合同翻譯的特點(diǎn)及在功能目的論的指導(dǎo)下可能采用的翻譯策略,最后本文也探討了在這一理論指導(dǎo)下對(duì)國際貿(mào)易合同譯本的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。就國際貿(mào)易合同翻譯譯本而言,其目標(biāo)或功能與源語文本完全相同,譯本的理想境界是將原語這寫入文本的意圖準(zhǔn)確無誤地傳達(dá)給目的語的讀者。把原語中所有信息從質(zhì)到量從語言到風(fēng)格都精確而充分地傳達(dá)出來,使譯語信息與源語文本的信息高度一致,從而使目標(biāo)語與原語起到盡可能相同的功能,起到與原文本盡可能相同的法律效力。另外,也鑒于國際貿(mào)易合同這樣一種特殊的法律文本的語言方面的特殊性,翻譯國際貿(mào)易合同時(shí),不僅要以原文為依據(jù),更要以原文為模板,亦步亦趨,力圖使譯本跟原文本在內(nèi)容和形式上高度統(tǒng)一。所采用的翻譯策略應(yīng)該是:“文獻(xiàn)...
