功能主義視角下的國(guó)際商務(wù)英語(yǔ)合同漢譯策略研究

目前國(guó)際商務(wù)英語(yǔ)合同漢譯大都采用“自上而下”的翻譯方法。這種方法缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論指導(dǎo),只注重微觀層面的處理,因而有時(shí)造成合同漢譯文本功能難以實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文以功能主義翻譯理論為框架,系統(tǒng)地整理、分析、綜述了“自下而上”的國(guó)際商務(wù)英語(yǔ)合同的漢譯系列方法,創(chuàng)造性地探討了“自上而下”的國(guó)際商務(wù)英語(yǔ)合同的漢譯策略。全文包括下列五章:第一章是引言。簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明了英文合同漢譯的現(xiàn)狀,存在的問(wèn)題及造成這些問(wèn)題的原因,從而突出本文研究的目的和意義。第二章概述了合同文本的特點(diǎn),介紹了合同的定義和分類,闡述了英文國(guó)際商務(wù)合同的語(yǔ)言特征,旨在提高譯者對(duì)國(guó)際商務(wù)英語(yǔ)合同微觀層面的認(rèn)識(shí),為翻譯實(shí)踐做好鋪墊。第三章為理論回顧和應(yīng)用于合同翻譯實(shí)踐的理論層面可行性分析,概述了德國(guó)翻譯學(xué)派提出的功能主義的起源及發(fā)展,該學(xué)派主要代表人物的觀點(diǎn)及其對(duì)翻譯領(lǐng)域的貢獻(xiàn),分析了功能主義指導(dǎo)國(guó)際商貿(mào)合同翻譯在理論層面的可行性和局限性。第四章探索了功能主義框架下的合同翻譯策略。從實(shí)踐出發(fā),結(jié)合國(guó)際商務(wù)英語(yǔ)合同的語(yǔ)言特征,指出在功能主義理論的框架下,要提高譯者的地位,重塑譯者的道德規(guī)范,就應(yīng)該給予譯者在合同翻譯行為中適當(dāng)?shù)臎Q策自由;論證了譯文質(zhì)量...
