語域理論與英語商務(wù)合同漢譯

在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和一體化的今天,我國對外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易日趨活躍,國際交流日益頻繁,對外貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,商務(wù)英語已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)活動中必不可少的語言交際工具。作為國際貿(mào)易中傳遞信息和洽談業(yè)務(wù)的主要手段——商務(wù)合同得到越來越廣泛的使用和普遍的重視。然而我國商務(wù)合同英語翻譯的現(xiàn)狀卻不盡如人意,對商務(wù)合同文本本身不同于其他文本的特點和商務(wù)合同文本漢譯不同于其他文本的獨特規(guī)律的研究還比較分散。商務(wù)合同涉及眾多行業(yè),比如國際貿(mào)易、國際運輸?shù)?貫穿經(jīng)貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)的諸多環(huán)節(jié),種類繁多、程式各異,商務(wù)合同翻譯研究不僅有理論意義,而且有很大的實踐意義。本文以系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)為基礎(chǔ),將韓禮德的語域理論與翻譯實踐相結(jié)合,從語場、語旨和語式三個不同層面來探討商務(wù)合同翻譯中語域的對應(yīng),界定商務(wù)英語獨特語域。系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)認(rèn)為,語言研究必須緊密聯(lián)系語言的社會功能。語域理論是以韓禮德為代表的系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)派的一個重要內(nèi)容,是系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)的核心理論之一。它是韓禮德等語言學(xué)家在把語言同社會和人放在一起來加以考察和研究的過程中發(fā)展起來的。該學(xué)派特別重視語言發(fā)生的環(huán)境——語境的作用,認(rèn)為語言總是在一定的語境中發(fā)生,并在一定的語境中得以理解和...
