【摘要】：從法律實施的角度來看,勞動合同法需要基層工會的配合與支持。和諧社會的建設(shè)離不開和諧勞動關(guān)系的建立,和諧勞動關(guān)系的建立同樣也需要基層工會的大力支持。工會工作者要堅持以理論創(chuàng)新推動工會工作創(chuàng)新,要堅持走有中國特色的社會主義工會道路。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of law enforcement, labor contract law needs the cooperation and support of grass-roots trade unions. The construction of harmonious society can not be separated from the establishment of harmonious labor relations, and the establishment of harmonious labor relations also needs the support of grass-roots trade unions. Trade union workers should persist in promoting trade union work innovation with theoretical innovation and follow the socialist trade union road with Chinese characteristics.
