【摘要】：黨的十七大報(bào)告指出,要"全面落實(shí)依法治國(guó)基本方略,加快建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家"。當(dāng)前是我國(guó)法制建設(shè)不斷推進(jìn),各領(lǐng)域法律法規(guī)頻繁出臺(tái)的時(shí)期。從2008年1月1日起,《勞動(dòng)合同法》《就業(yè)促進(jìn)法》《職工帶薪休假條例》等一批法律法規(guī)開始實(shí)施,2月28日,國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室發(fā)表了《中國(guó)的法治建設(shè)》白皮書。法律、法治問(wèn)題與人們生活密切相關(guān),與政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)呈現(xiàn)越來(lái)越高契合度,也為新聞媒體進(jìn)行法治報(bào)道提出新課題、新任務(wù)。因此,報(bào)道好法律的實(shí)施,普及公民法治意識(shí),媒體義不容辭。但目前媒體在尊重司法獨(dú)立、做好案件報(bào)道、平衡法制專業(yè)性和報(bào)道貼近性、法律的通俗化解讀上仍存在不足,難以滿足人民群眾的需求。如何從維護(hù)法律權(quán)威性角度,從結(jié)合社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)、維護(hù)人民群眾基本權(quán)益角度,認(rèn)真組織好相關(guān)報(bào)道,為法律實(shí)施營(yíng)造良好輿論環(huán)境,本刊特組織專題進(jìn)行研討。
[Abstract]:The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out that it is necessary to "comprehensively implement the basic strategy of governing the country according to law and speed up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law." Current is our country legal system construction unceasing advancement, each domain laws and regulations frequently promulgates the period. Starting from January 1, 2008, the Employment Promotion Law, the regulations on paid leave for employees, and other laws and regulations have been put into effect. On February 28, the State Council Information Office issued a White Paper on the Construction of the Rule of Law in China. The problems of law and rule of law are closely related to people's life, which are more and more consistent with the political, economic and social hot spots. It also puts forward new topics and new tasks for the news media to report on the rule of law. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the media to report the implementation of the law and popularize citizens' awareness of the rule of law. However, at present, the media still lack of respect for the independence of the judiciary, good reporting of cases, balance of legal professionalism and closeness of reporting, and interpretation of the law, which is difficult to meet the needs of the masses of the people. From the angle of maintaining the authority of the law, combining the social hot spots and safeguarding the basic rights and interests of the masses, we should carefully organize the relevant reports and create a good public opinion environment for the implementation of the law.
