【摘要】：經(jīng)2009年12月26日審議通過,并于2010年7月1日實(shí)施的《侵權(quán)責(zé)任法》,是繼《合同法》、《物權(quán)法》之后我國(guó)民事領(lǐng)域又一部重要法律�！肚謾�(quán)責(zé)任法》共12章92條,對(duì)公民民事權(quán)益進(jìn)行了全方面、多層次、立體化保護(hù),內(nèi)容涉及百姓生活的方方面面,與公眾利益息息相關(guān),堪稱保護(hù)公民人身、財(cái)產(chǎn)權(quán)益的集大成者�！肚謾�(quán)責(zé)任法》的實(shí)施對(duì)于保護(hù)民事主體合法權(quán)益,明確侵權(quán)責(zé)任,預(yù)防并制裁侵權(quán)行為,促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定具有重要的意義。本刊特邀相關(guān)專家、學(xué)者從不同視角對(duì)此進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)表觀點(diǎn),提出意見。
[Abstract]:The Tort liability Law, which was considered and passed on December 26, 2009, and implemented on July 1, 2010, is another important civil law in China after the contract Law and the Real right Law. The Tort liability Law has 12 chapters and 92 articles. The civil rights and interests of citizens are protected in all aspects, at various levels and in a three-dimensional manner. The contents involve all aspects of the people's lives and are closely related to the public interests. The implementation of the Tort liability Law is of great significance in protecting the legal rights and interests of civil subjects, clarifying tort liability, preventing and sanctioning tort acts, and promoting social harmony and stability. This journal specially invited relevant experts, scholars from different perspectives to analyze this, express views, put forward views.
