【摘要】：本文闡述了我國(guó)現(xiàn)行外貿(mào)代理制的法律依據(jù)及其主要缺陷 ,通過(guò)對(duì)新頒布的合同法有關(guān)條款的分析 ,闡明新合同法對(duì)我國(guó)外貿(mào)代理制度所作出的貢獻(xiàn) ,并提出對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the legal basis and main defects of the current foreign trade agency system in China, through the analysis of the relevant provisions of the newly promulgated contract law, expounds the contribution of the new contract law to the agency system of foreign trade in our country, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
