【摘要】：正近幾年,特別是黨的十七大、十八大以來,社會體制改革走向了縱深,社會法建設(shè)在提速。2010年前后,勞動合同法、社會保險法、勞動爭議調(diào)解仲裁法和就業(yè)促進法這四個法是比較重要的,社會法比較支柱性的法律的起草和出臺,對整個社會關(guān)系、特別是勞動關(guān)系的協(xié)調(diào),發(fā)揮了非常重要的作用。目前,中國特色社會主義
