制度、結構與農(nóng)民工行動選擇機會的形塑——以長三角地區(qū)服裝業(yè)為例

【摘要】:制度和結構及其演變型塑著農(nóng)民工行動選擇的機會結構,制度力量體現(xiàn)在工人以組織化或者非組織化機制、通過各種集體行動表達自己訴求的能力,結構力量取決于工人在經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)中的位置。農(nóng)民工對機會結構的感知及其行動上的回應具有能動性,不同技能、素質的農(nóng)民工因制度和結構賦予的能力提升有著顯著的差別。以新《勞動合同法》為核心的一系列政策和制度成為促進或改善工人結構力量增長的重要制度力量,農(nóng)民工因制度力量與勞動力市場供求結構改變而"增權",并在實踐上推動了管理政體由專制主義到人性化管理的轉變。
[Abstract]:The system and structure and their evolution shape the opportunity structure of migrant workers' choice of action. The institutional strength is reflected in the ability of workers to express their demands through various collective actions through organized or unorganized mechanisms.Structural power depends on the position of workers in the economic system.Migrant workers' perception of opportunity structure and their responses to their actions are dynamic, and the ability of migrant workers with different skills and qualities is significantly different from that given by the system and structure.With the new Labor contract Law as the core, a series of policies and institutions have become an important institutional force to promote or improve the growth of workers' structural strength.The peasant workers' power is increased because of the change of the system strength and the supply and demand structure of the labor market, and the change of the management system from autocracy to humanized management has been promoted in practice.
