【摘要】：正近年來(lái),勞務(wù)派遣用工在我國(guó)已成泛濫之勢(shì)。為規(guī)范勞務(wù)派遣用工,2012年底,全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)作出《關(guān)于修改〈勞動(dòng)合同法〉的決定》,對(duì)勞務(wù)派遣做了進(jìn)一步嚴(yán)格規(guī)范。但由于《決定》涉及的個(gè)別條款過(guò)于原則,一定程度上影響了實(shí)施效果。因此,關(guān)于勞務(wù)派遣的專門(mén)規(guī)章備受社會(huì)關(guān)注和期待。2013年12月20日,《勞務(wù)派遣暫行規(guī)定》出臺(tái),于2014年3月1日正式實(shí)施。該規(guī)定將《勞動(dòng)合同法》關(guān)于勞務(wù)派遣的精
[Abstract]:In recent years, labor dispatch has become rampant in our country. The decision of the standing Committee of the National people's Congress on the revision of the Labor contract Law has made further strict regulations on the dispatch of labor services. However, the individual articles involved in the decision are too principled and to a certain extent affect the effect of implementation.
