【摘要】：隨著國際新貿(mào)易保護主義逐漸興起,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)壁壘成為其重要組成部分。知識產(chǎn)權(quán)壁壘具有多樣性、合法性、主動性等其他保護措施所沒有的特點。我國應(yīng)鼓勵企業(yè)重視科技創(chuàng)新,加強企業(yè)間合作,重視知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法律應(yīng)用,采取有效的市場手段提高應(yīng)對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)壁壘的能力。
[Abstract]:With the rise of new international trade protectionism, intellectual property barriers become an important part of it. Intellectual property barriers have diversity, legitimacy, initiative and other protection measures do not have the characteristics. China should encourage enterprises to attach importance to scientific and technological innovation, strengthen cooperation among enterprises, attach importance to the application of intellectual property laws, and adopt effective market measures to improve their ability to deal with intellectual property barriers.
