【摘要】："綠色壁壘"是一項(xiàng)技術(shù),它能夠表現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境與貿(mào)易之間的緊張氛圍及因此形成的關(guān)系結(jié)果。進(jìn)入WTO之后,中國(guó)在開(kāi)展農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的時(shí)候,會(huì)遵循綠色壁壘法律規(guī)制,以貿(mào)易準(zhǔn)則為貿(mào)易發(fā)展規(guī)范,以實(shí)現(xiàn)合法、科學(xué)、高效地貿(mào)易交流。對(duì)于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō),綠色壁壘法律規(guī)制是規(guī)范性的文件,也是國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一種,而對(duì)于發(fā)展中國(guó)家而言,綠色壁壘法律規(guī)制既是上述規(guī)范性的條款,還是自身平衡與其他發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家貿(mào)易關(guān)系的補(bǔ)充途徑和方法。在國(guó)際農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,需要綠色壁壘法律規(guī)制的研究,并積極推進(jìn)相關(guān)工作。
[Abstract]:Green barrier is a technology that can express the tension between market environment and trade and the relationship between it. After entering WTO, China will follow the legal regulation of green barrier and take the trade standard as the standard of trade development, in order to realize the legal, scientific and efficient trade exchange. For developed countries, the legal regulation of green barriers is a normative document and also a kind of international standard. For developing countries, the legal regulation of green barriers is not only a normative provision, but also a kind of international standard. Or its own balance with other developed countries trade relations supplementary ways and methods. In the process of the development of international agricultural products trade economy, it is necessary to study the legal regulation of green barriers and actively promote the relevant work.
