[Abstract]:Positive special protection and safeguard measures have become the main trade protection measures faced by our country. The implementation of special protection and safeguard measures in developed countries has an obvious diffusion effect, and the number of special protection and safeguard measures initiated by developing countries against China has already exceeded that of developed countries. Compared with the special safeguard measures, the country where the safeguard measures are initiated and the restricted products are more dispersed, and the number of cases is obviously increasing.
