【摘要】：正在探究和解決全球極端貧困問題的不同主張中,美國哲學(xué)家托馬斯·博格(Thomas Pogge)作為"全球正義"理論的領(lǐng)軍人物之一,秉持"全球性平等主義的分配正義"立場,堅持認為現(xiàn)行的國際政治、經(jīng)濟秩序是造成全球極端貧困現(xiàn)象持續(xù)存在的根本原因~([1]);這一秩序已經(jīng)構(gòu)成對全球貧困人口的人權(quán)的集體性侵犯,而世界上大多數(shù)富裕國家都參與其中,卻沒有作出任何補償~([2]);因此,富裕國家的政府及民眾負有持續(xù)援助全球極端貧困人口的義務(wù)。他將批判現(xiàn)行的國際政治、經(jīng)濟秩序的不正義性
[Abstract]:Among the different propositions that are exploring and resolving the problem of global extreme poverty, American philosopher Thomas Pogge, as one of the leading figures in the theory of "global justice", holds the position of "distributive justice of global egalitarianism" and insists that the current international politics and economic order are responsible for the persistence of global extreme poverty.
