【摘要】：正20世紀(jì)70年代以來,對可持續(xù)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長模式的思考與研究得到全球關(guān)注,包括對綠色金融立法方面的實(shí)踐,而《巴黎協(xié)定》的簽訂標(biāo)志著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)開始向綠色、低碳、可持續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)型。全面梳理美國、英國、德國和日本在環(huán)境保護(hù)和綠色金融方面的立法,可以為我國綠色金融的立法、實(shí)踐和快速發(fā)展提供一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,為實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色低碳發(fā)展奠定法制基礎(chǔ)。
