【摘要】：正在國(guó)際斗爭(zhēng)實(shí)踐中,世界主要國(guó)家在制定與實(shí)施國(guó)家安全戰(zhàn)略時(shí),在這一國(guó)家頂層戰(zhàn)略之下,均提出各自的國(guó)家海洋安全戰(zhàn)略或政策。其構(gòu)成要素一般包括戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃與戰(zhàn)略原則等。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,隨著《聯(lián)合國(guó)海洋法公約》的生效,國(guó)際海洋安全形勢(shì)發(fā)生了深刻變化,大國(guó)及瀕海國(guó)家都在加快調(diào)整各自的海洋安全戰(zhàn)略或政策。這一變化對(duì)中國(guó)維護(hù)海洋主權(quán)和
[Abstract]:In the practice of international struggle, when major countries in the world formulate and implement the national security strategy, under the top-level strategy of this country, they all put forward their own national maritime security strategies or policies. Its constituent elements generally include strategic objectives, strategic plans and strategic principles. After the Cold War, with the entry into force of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, the international maritime security situation has undergone profound changes. Great powers and coastal countries are speeding up the adjustment of their respective maritime security strategies or policies. This change has a great impact on China's maritime sovereignty and maritime security.
