【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅速發(fā)展，國際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)尤其是國際海上貨物運(yùn)輸代理行業(yè)在國際經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。國際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)的存在也使得國際貿(mào)易得以更加順利的進(jìn)行。由于中國的國際貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)起步比發(fā)達(dá)國家晚，，但是發(fā)展的卻比較快，因此在實(shí)踐中，產(chǎn)生了很多問題。本文通過對代理制度的闡述，就國際貨運(yùn)代理的概念進(jìn)行了分析。對我國國際貨運(yùn)代理人的身份進(jìn)行了分類，分析了國際貨運(yùn)代理人在實(shí)踐中以直接代理人、間接代理人或者是以混合身份出現(xiàn)的情形。同時(shí)，對中國國際貨運(yùn)代理制度存在的法律問題進(jìn)行了分析，為完善中國國際貨運(yùn)代理制度提出若干建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economic globalization, the international freight forwarding industry, especially the international freight forwarding industry, plays an important role in international economic activities. The existence of international freight forwarding industry also makes international trade more smooth. Since China's international freight forwarding industry started later than the developed countries, but the development is relatively fast, so in practice, there are many problems. This paper analyzes the concept of international freight forwarder by expounding the agency system. This paper classifies the identity of international freight forwarders in China, and analyzes the situations in which international freight forwarders appear as direct, indirect or mixed agents in practice. At the same time, the legal problems in China's international freight forwarding system are analyzed, and some suggestions for perfecting China's international freight forwarding system are put forward.
