【摘要】:兒童權(quán)利觀念是歷史的產(chǎn)物,其發(fā)展大致經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段,即兒童的附屬化階段、兒童權(quán)利的發(fā)現(xiàn)階段及兒童權(quán)利主體資格確立階段。當(dāng)下兒童權(quán)利之保障遭遇諸如兒童工具主義、家長(zhǎng)主義、父愛(ài)主義、保守主義、懷疑主義等滯后觀念之阻隔,亟須破除。為此,需要大力培育公眾的正確兒童權(quán)利觀,從目標(biāo)、主體、對(duì)象、策略、手段、路徑等方面構(gòu)建兒童權(quán)利觀培育的系統(tǒng)工程。
[Abstract]:The concept of children's rights is the product of history, and its development has experienced three stages, namely, the stage of children's attachment, the stage of discovery of children's rights and the stage of establishing the subject's qualification of children's rights. The protection of children's rights is blocked by such lagging concepts as instrumentalism, paternalism, fatherhood, conservatism and skepticism. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the correct view of children's rights of the public, and to construct the systematic engineering of the view of children's rights from the aspects of goal, subject, object, strategy, means, path and so on.
