【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化的背景下,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際貿(mào)易是國際貿(mào)易中備受關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域,在世界各國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中都具有有十分重要的地位。法律是保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際貿(mào)易順利進行的有力手段,但從我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際貿(mào)易頻遇國際爭端的事實來看,我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際貿(mào)易方面的法律體系建設(shè)明顯薄弱。面對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際貿(mào)易發(fā)展的嚴(yán)重態(tài)勢,構(gòu)建農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際貿(mào)易推進機制,以法律手段保障農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際貿(mào)易的正常秩序,就成為我國的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the international trade of agricultural products is an area of great concern in international trade, and plays a very important role in the economic development of all countries in the world. Law is a powerful means to ensure the smooth progress of international trade of agricultural products, but judging from the fact that international trade of agricultural products of our country meets international disputes frequently, the construction of legal system of international trade of agricultural products of our country is obviously weak. In the face of the serious situation of the development of the international trade of agricultural products, it is urgent for our country to construct a mechanism to promote the international trade of agricultural products and to guarantee the normal order of the international trade of agricultural products by legal means.
