【摘要】：現(xiàn)今,航空技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,世界各國(guó)致力于將權(quán)力范圍拓展之外空,外空武器化的時(shí)代已經(jīng)到來(lái)。1945年簽署的聯(lián)合國(guó)憲章即為了和平與共同發(fā)展的目標(biāo)努力,1967年外空條約更是將和平利用外層空間,全面禁止核武器與大規(guī)模毀滅性武器作為條約的基礎(chǔ)。在國(guó)際社會(huì)努力實(shí)現(xiàn)外空非武器化時(shí),卻面臨重重困難。推動(dòng)外層空間非武器化進(jìn)程,除必須發(fā)揮聯(lián)合國(guó)等國(guó)際組織的參與作用及完善外層空間的法律制度外,還應(yīng)加強(qiáng)各國(guó)間國(guó)際合作。中國(guó)一直致力于推進(jìn)外空非武器化國(guó)際立法以及促進(jìn)航天科技發(fā)展的國(guó)際合作。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of aviation technology, countries all over the world are trying to expand the scope of power beyond the space. The time has come for the weaponization of outer space. The Charter of the United Nations, signed in 1945, is to work for the goal of peace and common development, and the 1967 Outer Space Treaty will make the peaceful use of outer space even more so, The complete prohibition of nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction is the basis of the treaty. The international community is facing difficulties in its efforts to achieve the non-weaponization of outer space. In order to promote the process of non-weaponization of outer space, international cooperation among States should be strengthened in addition to the participation of international organizations such as the United Nations and the improvement of the legal regime for outer space. China has been committed to promoting international legislation on the non-weaponization of outer space and international cooperation in the development of space science and technology.
