【摘要】：本文根據(jù)《國際海事勞工公約》(以下簡稱公約)在本輪試運行的經(jīng)歷進行剖析和總結,著重介紹公約的背景條件以及船舶和公司在實施中對公約意識應持的認識和理解進行分析和總結,以正確的姿態(tài)迎接公約的生效與正式實施。
[Abstract]:Based on the experience of the International Maritime Labour Convention (hereinafter referred to as "the Convention") in this trial run,This paper mainly introduces the background conditions of the Convention and the understanding and understanding that ships and companies should hold in the implementation of the Convention, so as to welcome the entry into force and formal implementation of the Convention in a correct manner.
