【摘要】：本文簡要介紹了歐盟的隱私管理體制以及主要法規(guī)《95/46/EC指令》,闡述了歐盟主要成員國遵循《指令》進行的個人資料的歸檔工作,并從檔案學的視角對各國的隱私管理模式進行分析,以期對我國的隱私保護問題有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the privacy management system of the European Union and its main regulations, the 95/46/EC Directive, and expounds the archiving of personal data carried out by the main member states of the European Union in accordance with the Directive.From the perspective of archival science, this paper analyzes the privacy management mode of various countries in order to draw lessons from the privacy protection problems in our country.
