【摘要】：南北極問題由來已久,進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),一些新形勢和新變化的出現(xiàn)促使各國在南北極的主權(quán)爭奪愈演愈烈。作為一個全球公共問題,引發(fā)爭端的動因除了兩極地區(qū)豐富的自然資源、重要的戰(zhàn)略意義之外,主要與目前處理南北極問題的相關(guān)國際法機(jī)制存在不足有關(guān)。要積極地應(yīng)對各國在南北極的主權(quán)爭端就必須建立和完善相關(guān)的國際法機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The issue of the North and South Poles has a long history. In 21th century, the emergence of some new situations and changes has prompted countries to compete for sovereignty in the Arctic and the South increasingly. As a global public issue, In addition to the rich natural resources and strategic significance of the polar regions, It is mainly related to the insufficiency of the current international law mechanism dealing with the problems of the Arctic and the South. In order to deal actively with the sovereignty disputes between the countries in the Arctic and the South, it is necessary to establish and perfect the relevant international law mechanisms.
