【摘要】：自"一帶一路"倡議提出后,中國(guó)與"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家積極開(kāi)展合作,中東歐國(guó)家是"一帶一路"倡議向西拓展的重要目標(biāo)區(qū)域。選擇該區(qū)域的16個(gè)國(guó)家為研究對(duì)象,從政治與法律雙重角度,分析了中東歐16國(guó)的經(jīng)貿(mào)狀況、該區(qū)域國(guó)家加入國(guó)際組織、簽訂國(guó)際條約的情況、對(duì)外貿(mào)易投資的法規(guī)政策體系,以及中國(guó)與該區(qū)域國(guó)家的貿(mào)易投資合作與爭(zhēng)端情況。分析表明:中國(guó)與中東歐國(guó)家在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、雙邊貿(mào)易投資、金融以及大型裝備制造等方面存在很大的合作空間,與此同時(shí),中國(guó)與中東歐國(guó)家雙邊貿(mào)易不平衡等問(wèn)題突出,建議在日后合作中適當(dāng)差別對(duì)待,兼顧各國(guó)具體關(guān)切,提升與該區(qū)域國(guó)家貿(mào)易投資的便利化程度。
[Abstract]:Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward, China has actively cooperated with the countries along the "Belt and Road" route, and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe are the important target areas for the westward expansion of the "Belt and Road" initiative. Sixteen countries in this region are selected as research objects. From the angle of politics and law, this paper analyzes the economic and trade situation of the 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. The countries in the region have joined international organizations, signed international treaties, and made laws and regulations on foreign trade and investment. As well as the situation of trade and investment cooperation and disputes between China and the countries in the region. The analysis shows that there is great scope for cooperation between China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe in infrastructure construction, bilateral trade investment, finance and large-scale equipment manufacturing, etc. At the same time, the trade imbalance between China and Central and Eastern European countries is prominent. It is suggested that China should treat the trade and investment differently in the future, give consideration to the specific concerns of each country, and enhance the trade and investment facilitation with the countries in the region.
