【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和貿(mào)易自由化的不斷深入,綠色貿(mào)易壁壘作為一種新形式的貿(mào)易限制措施帶著鮮明的時代特征登上了國際舞臺，對世界貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生了不可忽視的影響，特別是在目前各個國家較為重視的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域。自入世后，面對一些發(fā)達(dá)國家設(shè)置的紛繁復(fù)雜、嚴(yán)格苛刻的環(huán)境措施，我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在國際市場的準(zhǔn)入門檻不斷抬高，，出口屢受重創(chuàng)。因此，本文試圖以一種理性的思維，從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色貿(mào)易壁壘的WTO立法基礎(chǔ)和典型發(fā)達(dá)國家的相關(guān)規(guī)定入手來發(fā)現(xiàn)我國現(xiàn)存的問題，并結(jié)合我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的實(shí)際狀況，從國際和國內(nèi)兩個層面出發(fā)，客觀地進(jìn)行評價和分析并提出對策，來探尋和開辟我國應(yīng)對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色貿(mào)易壁壘的新途徑。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and trade liberalization, green trade barriers, as a new form of trade restriction measures, have stepped onto the international stage with distinct characteristics of the times, and have had an unnegligible impact on world trade. Especially in the field of agricultural products that various countries attach more importance to at present. Since China's entry into the WTO, in the face of the numerous and complicated and stringent environmental measures set up by some developed countries, the entry threshold for agricultural products in the international market has been constantly raised. Therefore, this paper tries to find out the existing problems of our country from the WTO legislative basis of green trade barriers of agricultural products and the relevant regulations of typical developed countries with a rational thinking. Combined with the actual situation of agricultural trade in China, this paper objectively evaluates and analyzes and puts forward countermeasures from the international and domestic levels to explore and open up a new way for our country to deal with green trade barriers of agricultural products.
