【摘要】：新中國成立60年尤其是改革開放30年來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展所取得的巨大成就,在一定程度上改變了現(xiàn)有的全球發(fā)展觀念,對(duì)各種西方理論和學(xué)說提出了巨大的挑戰(zhàn),為當(dāng)代人文社會(huì)科學(xué)的發(fā)展提供了新的契機(jī)。為回應(yīng)時(shí)代的挑戰(zhàn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,推動(dòng)具有中國特色、中國風(fēng)格、中國氣派的人文社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)體系的建構(gòu),中國社會(huì)科學(xué)雜志社先后與西北大學(xué)、黑龍江大學(xué)聯(lián)合舉辦了"第三屆中國社會(huì)科學(xué)前沿論壇"(2009年9月,西安)、"第四屆中國社會(huì)科學(xué)前沿論壇"(2010年8月,伊春),圍繞"中國學(xué)術(shù)話語體系的當(dāng)代建構(gòu)"這一話題展開討論。根據(jù)兩屆論壇的研討情況,我們組織了這組專題文章。武漢大學(xué)國際法研究所長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授曾令良認(rèn)為,當(dāng)代中國國際法學(xué)話語體系的構(gòu)建,一方面要系統(tǒng)反映當(dāng)代國際法、國際法學(xué)和國際法學(xué)話語體系的基本內(nèi)容和本質(zhì)特征,另一方面要全面、準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)體現(xiàn)中國自1949年以來,尤其是改革開放30余年來,對(duì)國際法、國際法學(xué)和國際法學(xué)話語體系所作出的創(chuàng)造性貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The great achievements made in China's economic and social development in the 60 years since the founding of New China, especially in the 30 years of reform and opening up, have to some extent changed the existing concept of global development and put forward enormous challenges to various western theories and doctrines. It provides a new opportunity for the development of contemporary humanities and social sciences. In response to the challenges of the times and the needs of economic and social development, it promotes the construction of an academic system of humanities and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, style and style. China Social Sciences Magazine has jointly organized the third China Social Sciences Frontier Forum with Northwest University and Heilongjiang University (September 2009, Xi'an, Xi'an, 4th China Social Sciences Frontier Forum, August 2010). Yichun, focusing on the topic of "Contemporary Construction of China's academic discourse system", has organized this series of feature articles according to the discussions held at the two forums. Zeng Lingliang, a special professor of the Yangtze River scholar at the Institute of International Law of Wuhan University, believes that. The construction of contemporary China's international legal discourse system should, on the one hand, systematically reflect the basic content and essential characteristics of contemporary international law, international jurisprudence and international legal discourse system, on the other hand, it should be comprehensive, accurate and timely reflecting China since 1949. Especially in the past 30 years, it has made creative contributions to international law, international jurisprudence and international legal discourse system.
