【摘要】：隨著航天技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),人類在探索和利用外空方面取得了重大進(jìn)展。在商業(yè)化和私有化的大背景之下,外空活動(dòng)已經(jīng)發(fā)生了根本性的變革,幾乎可以將現(xiàn)有發(fā)生的外空法的新發(fā)展都納入該框架之內(nèi)。隨之而來的就是許多新的法律問題,亟待研究和解決。就此,文章選擇近年來的一些外空熱點(diǎn)問題作出簡(jiǎn)略的評(píng)述,以期在將來外空法的研究中能進(jìn)一步深入展開。這些熱點(diǎn)問題包括外空立法、外空產(chǎn)權(quán)、和平利用外空、外空旅游、外空環(huán)境、外空區(qū)域合作、外空融資等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of space technology, mankind has made significant progress in the exploration and use of outer space. In the context of commercialization and privatization, space activities have undergone fundamental changes, It is almost possible to incorporate new developments in existing outer space law into this framework, and many new legal problems need to be studied and solved. In this regard, the paper makes a brief comment on some hot issues in outer space in recent years. These hot issues include outer space legislation, outer space property rights, peaceful use of outer space, outer space tourism, outer space environment, outer space regional cooperation, outer space financing and so on.
