【摘要】：隨著有能力進(jìn)入外層空間的行為體數(shù)量增多,外層空間開發(fā)利益越來越受到重視,以外層空間軍事實力保護(hù)自身外層空間利益的做法,成為美國、歐盟等主要空間行為體的優(yōu)先選擇,外層空間軍備競賽趨勢日益明顯。同時,國際社會為抑制空間武器化和軍備競賽,積極推進(jìn)外層空間國際軍備控制也做出了不懈努力。分別探討運用現(xiàn)實主義和建構(gòu)主義思考外層空間安全互動的不足之處的基礎(chǔ)上,首先分析應(yīng)用現(xiàn)實建構(gòu)主叉分析外空軍控問題的適用性,接著進(jìn)一步闡述了目前外層空間軍控的現(xiàn)實困境,最后嘗試用以現(xiàn)實建構(gòu)主義的四種權(quán)力類型積極推進(jìn)外層空間國際軍備控制進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:As the number of actors with access to outer space has increased, the interests of outer space development have received increasing attention, and the practice of protecting their own outer space interests with the military might of outer space has become the United States, The priority choice of major space actors, such as the European Union, and the growing trend towards an arms race in outer space... at the same time, the international community, in order to curb the weaponization of and the arms race in space, Active efforts have also been made to promote international arms control in outer space. On the basis of exploring the shortcomings of the interaction of outer space security with realism and constructivism, First of all, it analyzes the applicability of the application of reality to construct a principal fork to analyze the problem of arms control in outer space, and then further expounds the practical dilemma of arms control in outer space at present. Finally, it tries to actively promote the international arms control process in outer space with the four power types of realistic constructivism.
