【摘要】：在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)國際規(guī)則面臨加速重構(gòu)的背景下,分析我國在相關(guān)國際組織、多邊和區(qū)域等平臺上參與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)國際規(guī)則制定中應(yīng)持的基本態(tài)度與立場,以及在當(dāng)前形勢下我國參與知識產(chǎn)權(quán)國際規(guī)則面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國對外開放新形勢和我國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)國際競爭力的提升,認(rèn)為我國應(yīng)以更加積極有為的態(tài)度參與新一輪國際知識產(chǎn)權(quán)規(guī)則的制定,并從總體策略和具體應(yīng)對措施兩個(gè)方面提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:In the context of the accelerated reconstruction of the international rules of intellectual property, this paper analyzes the basic attitude and position that our country should hold in participating in the formulation of international rules of intellectual property on the relevant international organizations, multilateral and regional platforms. And under the current situation our country participates in the intellectual property rights international rule to face the opportunity and the challenge, unifies our country opening to the outside world the new situation and our country intellectual property rights international competitiveness enhancement. The author holds that China should take part in the formulation of the new round of international intellectual property rules with a more active attitude, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects: the overall strategy and the concrete countermeasures.
