摘要：

我們黨高度重視反腐倡廉法規(guī)制度建設(shè)，取得了很大成績(jī)，但仍然還存在不少問(wèn)題和不足，特別是適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下反腐倡廉要求的法規(guī)制度體系還不健全，紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察機(jī)關(guān)在堅(jiān)持法治反腐的過(guò)程中有可能陷入困境。因此，一方面通過(guò)建立健全法律法規(guī)，，提高反腐的法制化水平；另一方面，要加強(qiáng)教育與監(jiān)督，提高法治反腐的執(zhí)行力。

Abstract： 

T hough our party made great achievements in attaching great importance to the anti- corruption laws and regulations system construction, there are still many problems and insufficiency. In the new situa-tion, imperfect laws and regulations system may put the discipline inspection organs in trouble in the pro-cess of anti-corruption by the rule of law. T herefore, on the one hand, we should improve the level of anti-corruption legal system through establishing and perfecting the laws and regulations;On the other hand, we should strengthen education and supervision, improve the rule of law execution of anti-corruption.
