【摘要】：本文以新型警服面料為開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外警服面料種類(lèi)的調(diào)查,及國(guó)內(nèi)警服面料歷史和現(xiàn)狀的梳理,確定研制兼具功能性和穿著舒適性的新型警服面料。由于工作環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性,要求警服有安全防護(hù)功能。通過(guò)特殊材料的選擇,使面料具有防割、防刺、阻燃等安全防護(hù)功能。警服面料需要具有良好的濕熱傳導(dǎo)功能,從而使警察在運(yùn)動(dòng)或工作中,穿著更舒適和適宜。通過(guò)材料的選擇及組織的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目的。另外,對(duì)研制出的面料規(guī)格和性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試,做出織物性能評(píng)價(jià),闡明該產(chǎn)品的成功研發(fā)對(duì)我國(guó)警用服裝水平的提高具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:This article takes the new police uniform fabric as the development object, through the investigation to the foreign police uniform fabric type, and the domestic police uniform fabric history and the present situation carding, determines to develop the new police uniform fabric which has the function and the wearing comfortableness. Because of the complexity of the working environment, the police uniform is required to have the function of safety protection. Through the selection of special materials, the fabric has anti-cutting, burn-proof, flame-retardant and other safety protection functions. The fabric of police uniform should have good moisture and heat conduction function to make the police more comfortable and suitable to wear in sports or work. Through the material selection and the structure design, realizes this goal. In addition, the fabric specifications and properties are tested, the fabric performance evaluation is made, and the successful research and development of this product is of great significance to the improvement of the level of police clothing in China.
