【摘要】：知識產(chǎn)權(quán)鑒定是司法鑒定的重要類別,對知識產(chǎn)權(quán)糾紛處理起著重要作用、本文時知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的范圍、種類、作用、特點(diǎn)等作了初步概括.分析了當(dāng)前知識產(chǎn)權(quán)鑒定執(zhí)業(yè)和管理中存在的主要問題.提出了推進(jìn)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理規(guī)范化、法制化的相關(guān)建議
[Abstract]:Intellectual property appraisal is an important category of judicial expertise, which plays an important role in the handling of intellectual property disputes. In this paper, the scope, types, functions and characteristics of intellectual property rights are preliminarily summarized. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the practice and management of intellectual property appraisal. Some suggestions are put forward to promote the standardization and legalization of intellectual property management.
