【摘要】：為盡量減小鄰避設(shè)施建設(shè)引發(fā)的群體性事件對(duì)城市有效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的影響,通過分析我國2007—2016年33起典型鄰避型群體性事件,確定了包括設(shè)施本身、政府行為、參與者認(rèn)知及行為和環(huán)境因素等4個(gè)方面共11個(gè)鄰避型群體性事件影響因素;基于解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型(ISM)建立鄰避型群體性事件影響因素ISM,分析影響因素之間的關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu),得到鄰避型群體性事件的表層、中間層和深層影響因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以表層影響因素為例,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程實(shí)證分析發(fā)現(xiàn):設(shè)施的負(fù)外部性、群體對(duì)政府的負(fù)面認(rèn)知、熟人社會(huì)關(guān)系、成本效用分配不均衡對(duì)鄰避型群體性事件的發(fā)生影響顯著,且影響程度依次降低。
[Abstract]:In order to minimize the influence of mass events caused by the construction of adjacent facilities on the effective operation of cities, through the analysis of 33 typical adjacent group incidents in China from 2007 to 2016, including the facilities themselves and the government's behavior are determined. There were 11 influencing factors of adjacent group events in 4 aspects of participants' cognition, behavior and environment. Based on the explanatory structure model (ISM), the influence factors of adjacent avoidance group events are analyzed by ISM,. The surface layer, middle layer and deep layer influence factors of adjacent avoidance group events are obtained. On this basis, taking the surface influencing factors as an example, the empirical analysis of structural equation shows that: the negative externality of facilities, the negative cognition of the group to the government, the social relations of acquaintances, The unbalance of cost and utility distribution has a significant effect on the occurrence of adjacent group events, and the degree of influence decreases in turn.
