【摘要】：正一、從犯罪趨勢看,犯罪數(shù)量上升2001至2006年,廈門市兩級法院共審理未成年刑事案件999件判處未成年罪犯1311人,占同期刑事案件總數(shù)的7.8%,占判處罪犯總數(shù)的9.9%(見圖表1)。未成年人犯罪呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,年均增長率達24%(見圖表2)。2006年未成年刑事案件升至276件,與2003年比增長206.7%,未成年罪犯人數(shù)升至386人,與2003年比增長286%。未成年人犯罪數(shù)量迅猛上升,令人堪憂。
[Abstract]:First, judging from the trend of crime, the number of crimes rose from 2001 to 2006. In Xiamen, the two levels of courts tried 999 minor criminal cases and sentenced 1311 minor criminals, accounting for 7.8 percent of the total number of criminal cases in the same period. This represents 9.9 per cent of the total number of offenders sentenced (see chart 1). Juvenile delinquency shows an increasing trend, with an average annual growth rate of 24 percent (see chart 2). In 2006, the number of minor criminal cases rose to 276, an increase of 206.7 compared with 2003, the number of juvenile criminals rose to 386, and the number of juvenile criminals increased by 2866 compared with 2003. The rapid increase in the number of juvenile delinquency is worrying.
